About the Role

We’re hiring licensed psychologists to bring clinical and behavioral expertise to AI evaluation. You’ll create realistic psychological scenarios and assess AI responses for clinical accuracy, ethical judgment, risk assessment, and safety.

The work is built around professional judgment: identifying when an answer sounds convincing but is clinically inappropriate, particularly when risk or safety is involved.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic clinical vignettes involving assessment, risk, and ethical dilemmas.

• Develop expert reference responses with clear clinical reasoning and safety considerations.

• Evaluate AI responses for clinical accuracy, ethics, and appropriate risk handling.

• Identify clinically unsafe or inappropriate responses and explain precisely what is wrong and why.

Who Should Apply

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology with an active, unencumbered U.S. license.

• 2+ years of clinical or research practice after licensure.

• Strong experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, or psychological testing.

• Experience with risk assessment and safety planning.

• Strong written English and the ability to communicate clinical reasoning clearly.

• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred

• ABPP board certification or academic appointment.

• Crisis intervention or suicide prevention protocol experience.

• Peer-reviewed publications or clinical supervision experience.

Work & Engagement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Independent contractor.

• Minimum 10 hours/week; no stated maximum.

• Flexible hours that can scale up or down based on project needs.

• Ongoing project work rather than one-off task batches.

• Weekly payment via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle timers.

• Rate is based on experience and is not negotiated downward after starting.
