About the Role

We’re looking for licensed Occupational Therapists to apply their clinical and functional expertise to AI evaluation.

You’ll create realistic OT scenarios involving daily living skills, cognition, adaptive strategies, and functional goals, then assess AI-generated recommendations for safety, practicality, and client-centered fit.

The focus is real-world professional judgment: identifying recommendations that may sound appropriate but would not work effectively in an actual home or clinical setting.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic OT scenarios covering daily living skills, cognition, and adaptive strategies.

• Develop reference answers explaining the functional reasoning behind each recommendation.

• Evaluate AI-generated recommendations for safety, practicality, and client-centered fit.

• Identify recommendations that could fail in real-world home or clinical environments.

• Clearly document your clinical and functional reasoning for expert review.

Requirements

• OTR/L with NBCOT certification and an active, unencumbered U.S. license.

• At least 2 years of clinical practice.

• Strong experience in daily living assessment, adaptive equipment, and functional goal setting.

• Clear written English and the ability to document clinical reasoning.

• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric, hand therapy/CHT, or home health specialization.

• Cognitive or neurorehabilitation experience.

• Fieldwork education or clinical instruction experience.

Work & Engagement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Independent contractor.

• Minimum 10 hours/week with no stated maximum.

• Flexible weekly hours that can scale up or down with project needs.

• Ongoing project work rather than one-off task batches.

• Weekly payment via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, idle timers, or productivity quotas.

• Rate is based on experience and is not negotiated downward after starting.
