About the Role

We’re looking for licensed Physical Therapists to bring their rehabilitation expertise to AI evaluation.

You’ll create realistic rehabilitation scenarios covering evaluation, progression, and discharge, then assess AI-generated guidance for safety, contraindications, and evidence-based practice.

The focus is practical clinical judgment—identifying exercise or rehabilitation recommendations that may sound appropriate but could be unsafe for a real patient.

What You’ll Do

• Author realistic rehabilitation scenarios from evaluation through progression and discharge.

• Develop reference answers explaining the clinical reasoning behind progression decisions.

• Evaluate AI-generated rehabilitation guidance for safety, contraindications, and evidence-based practice.

• Identify exercise recommendations that could cause harm or be inappropriate for the patient.

• Clearly document your clinical reasoning so another PT can follow and evaluate it.

Requirements

• DPT or equivalent PT degree with an active, unencumbered U.S. PT license.

• At least 2 years of clinical practice.

• Strong experience in orthopedic, neurologic, or acute-care rehabilitation.

• Clear written English and the ability to document clinical reasoning.

• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Board specialty certification such as OCS, NCS, or SCS.

• Sports, vestibular, or pelvic health specialization.

• Residency or fellowship training, or clinical instruction experience.

Work & Engagement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Independent contractor.

• Minimum 10 hours/week with no stated maximum.

• Flexible weekly hours that can scale up or down with project needs.

• Ongoing project work rather than one-off task batches.

• Weekly payment via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, idle timers, or productivity quotas.

• Rate is based on experience and is not negotiated downward after starting.
