About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers to contribute their clinical expertise to the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

This opportunity is designed for practicing clinicians who can apply real-world clinical judgment to complex scenarios and clearly explain why a response, recommendation, or intervention is appropriate—or where it falls short.

You will help create realistic clinical scenarios, develop expert reference responses, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, ethical practice, safety, and appropriate risk management.

What You'll Do

• Create realistic clinical scenarios involving intake, assessment, safety planning, resource navigation, and ethical dilemmas.

• Develop expert reference responses that reflect sound clinical judgment and established practice principles.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, appropriateness, ethics, and risk handling.

• Identify responses that may appear supportive or plausible but could be inappropriate or harmful in real-world practice.

• Clearly explain the clinical reasoning behind your evaluations.

• Help identify gaps in how AI systems understand behavioral health, social services, crisis intervention, and client needs.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is well suited to licensed clinical social workers with meaningful hands-on experience and strong written communication skills.

You should have:

• An active, unencumbered LCSW license in the United States.

• At least 2 years of clinical practice after licensure.

• Experience with case conceptualization, safety planning, and crisis intervention.

• The ability to communicate clinical reasoning clearly and precisely.

• Strong written English and clinical documentation skills.

• The ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Experience

Additional experience in any of the following areas is valuable:

• Medical or healthcare social work

• School social work

• Child welfare

• Crisis services

• Clinical supervision

• Behavioral health

• Evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or motivational interviewing

• $145,600 - $218,400/year equivalent

• $70 - $105 per hour
