About the Role
We’re seeking PhD-level developmental psychology experts to apply their knowledge of child development, learning, behavior, and psychosocial development to the evaluation and improvement of next-generation AI systems.
The role is particularly suited to professionals with research or academic expertise in developmental psychology or child development. Direct clinical experience is not required.
No previous AI experience is required.
What You’ll Do
Review and evaluate data related to child development and developmental psychology.
Assess AI-generated content for developmental accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness.
Develop and analyze scenarios involving children's learning, behavior, and development.
Provide expert feedback to improve model outputs and evaluation frameworks.
Help refine guidance covering cognitive, linguistic, and psychosocial aspects of child development.
Document findings and recommendations clearly for interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated expertise in child development or developmental psychology.
Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Ability to independently review complex material and provide detailed expert feedback.
Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration platforms.
Preferred
Research or academic experience focused on child development.
Experience with technology, digital research, or AI-related projects.
Expertise in developmental assessment, learning, cognition, behavior, or psychosocial development.
