About the Role

We’re looking for ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) to apply their clinical expertise to AI evaluation.

You’ll create realistic scenarios across speech, language, communication, swallowing, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning, then assess AI-generated recommendations for diagnostic accuracy, safety, and evidence-based practice.

The focus is practical clinical judgment—recognizing when an answer sounds credible but would not be appropriate for a real client or patient.

What You’ll Do

• Author realistic SLP scenarios involving evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Develop reference answers explaining the clinical reasoning behind each decision.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for diagnostic accuracy, safety, and evidence-based practice.

• Identify recommendations that could fail in real-world clinical or client settings.

• Clearly document your clinical reasoning so another SLP can follow and assess it.

Requirements

• ASHA CCC-SLP with an active, unencumbered state license.

• At least 2 years of clinical practice after completing your clinical fellowship.

• Strong experience with pediatric or adult populations across speech, language, or dysphagia.

• Clear written English and the ability to document clinical reasoning.

• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dysphagia instrumental assessment experience, including MBSS or FEES, or AAC expertise.

• Medical SLP or school-based caseload experience.

• Clinical fellowship mentoring or graduate supervision experience.

Work & Engagement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Independent contractor.

• Minimum 10 hours/week with no stated maximum.

• Flexible weekly hours that can scale up or down with project needs.

• Ongoing project work rather than one-off task batches.

• Weekly payment via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, idle timers, caseload, or billing-minute requirements.

• Rate is based on experience and is not negotiated downward after starting.
