About the Role

We’re looking for experienced healthcare quality and patient safety professionals to apply their expertise to AI evaluation.

You’ll create realistic quality scenarios from event reporting through corrective action planning, develop expert reference answers, and evaluate AI-generated analyses for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy.

The focus is real-world quality improvement judgment—recognizing when an analysis appears comprehensive but fails to identify the underlying systemic cause.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic healthcare quality scenarios spanning event reporting through corrective action plans.

• Develop reference answers explaining the methodology behind each analysis.

• Evaluate AI-generated analyses for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy.

• Identify analyses that overlook systemic causes or fail to support an appropriate quality-improvement response.

• Clearly document findings and improvement-plan reasoning for expert review.

Requirements

• Clinical license such as RN, or CPHQ certification.

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement.

• Strong knowledge of quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness.

• Clear written English and the ability to document findings and improvement plans.

• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPHQ, CPPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification.

• Experience with Joint Commission, CMS, or state surveys.

• HEDIS, Star Ratings, or registry abstraction experience.

Work & Engagement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Independent contractor.

• Minimum 10 hours/week with no stated maximum.

• Flexible weekly hours that can scale with project needs.

• Ongoing project work rather than one-off task batches.

• Weekly payment via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle timers.

• Rate is based on experience and is not negotiated downward after starting.
