About the Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Health Information Management (HIM) professionals to apply their expertise in health data, privacy, medical records, and information governance to the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems.

You’ll develop realistic HIM scenarios and assess AI-generated responses for regulatory accuracy, privacy, disclosure, record integrity, and data governance.

This is expert-level work designed for professionals who understand how health information is managed in real-world healthcare environments.

What You’ll Do

• Develop realistic HIM scenarios involving privacy, release of information, medical records, and data governance.

• Create reference answers that explain the regulatory and operational reasoning behind appropriate decisions.

• Evaluate AI-generated guidance for regulatory accuracy, privacy considerations, and disclosure risk.

• Identify responses that appear reasonable but could result in inappropriate disclosure, privacy violations, or compromised record integrity.

• Clearly document your reasoning so other HIM professionals can understand and assess your conclusions.

• Ability to explain healthcare information policies and compliance requirements clearly in written English.

• Availability to contribute at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a HIPAA privacy or security officer.

• EHR implementation or health information technology experience.

• Data migration or health registry experience.

• Additional credentials such as CDIP, CHPS, or CHDA.

• Experience with health information audits, compliance reviews, or data quality initiatives.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.
