About the Role

Contribute your behavioral expertise to the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. You’ll help assess how models interpret human behavior across text, audio, and video, using your ability to recognize subtle cues such as tone, speech patterns, gestures, and body language.

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional expertise is what matters.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze text, audio, and video to identify and interpret behavioral cues.

• Create detailed annotations that help AI systems understand nuanced human behavior.

• Develop realistic, scenario-based training materials.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.

• Help refine evaluation guidelines and quality standards.

• Document insights and contribute to improving project processes.

Who We’re Looking For

Professionals with experience in behavioral observation, interpretation, or communication, including:

• Behavioral therapists and analysts

• Counselors and mental health professionals

• Theater or acting coaches

• Communication, performance, or related specialists

• Other professionals with strong expertise in interpreting human behavior

You should be able to recognize subtle differences in tone, speech, gestures, body language, and interpersonal dynamics, and explain your observations clearly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience analyzing or interpreting human behavior.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.

• Experience developing training materials or facilitating learning is a plus.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Ability to provide clear, thoughtful feedback and documentation.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• $21–$70 per hour, depending on experience and project requirements.
