About the Opportunity

We’re seeking U.S.-based professional patient advocates with hands-on experience researching, evaluating, and recommending specialist physicians or medical practices for clients or patients.

This opportunity involves documenting how you approach specialist selection in your professional practice. Selected participants will create a detailed written methodology guide and demonstrate their workflow through a recorded session, providing practical insight into how patient advocates evaluate and recommend specialists.

Who Should Apply

You may be a fit if you:

• Are 18 years or older and fluent in English.

• Are currently located in the United States.

• Are actively practicing as a professional patient advocate.

• Regularly research, evaluate, and recommend specialist physicians or medical practices for clients or patients.

• Can clearly explain and document your specialist-selection methodology.

• Can produce a comprehensive written methodology guide of approximately 4,000 words.

• Can record a 30–45 minute narrated workflow demonstration.

• Can demonstrate your workflow without including protected health information (PHI).

What You’ll Do

• Develop a detailed written guide explaining your methodology for researching, evaluating, and selecting specialist physicians or practices.

• Document the factors, considerations, and workflow you use when making specialist recommendations.

• Record a 30–45 minute narrated demonstration of your workflow.

• Ensure the workflow demonstration contains no PHI.

• Provide practical, experience-based insight into professional patient advocacy and specialist selection.

Compensation & Participation

• $80 per submission

• Up to $1,000 per person

• Remote participation.

• Compensation is tied to eligible submissions and deliverables rather than an hourly schedule.
