About the Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced pharmacy technicians to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems used in professional healthcare workflows.

In this role, you’ll use your real-world pharmacy experience to create realistic prescription-processing and medication-adjudication scenarios, develop reference answers, and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, and proper workflow judgment.

This is expert-level work where your practical pharmacy knowledge directly helps identify and improve AI performance in real pharmacy environments.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic prescription-processing and medication-adjudication scenarios.

• Write reference answers that demonstrate the correct pharmacy workflow and sequence of actions.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and clinical workflow relevance.

• Review dosing calculations, sig interpretation, and medication safety considerations.

• Identify errors or responses that would not be appropriate in a real pharmacy setting.

• Clearly document your reasoning and explain why a workflow or response is correct or incorrect.

Required Qualifications

• Active CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA, or current state pharmacy technician registration.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy.

• Strong working knowledge of prescription sig codes, NDCs, days-supply calculations, and insurance adjudication.

• Ability to clearly document pharmacy workflows in written English.

• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Experience

• Sterile or nonsterile compounding experience, including USP <797>/<800>.

• Specialty or mail-order pharmacy experience.

• Prior authorization experience.

• Familiarity with pharmacy software such as Epic Willow, PioneerRx, or equivalent platforms.

Work Arrangement

• $45–$65/hour, with your rate determined by your experience and expertise.

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, with no stated maximum.

• Flexibility to increase or decrease your hours based on availability and project needs.

• Weekly payments via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle-time tracking.

• Independent contractor engagement with potential for ongoing project work.
