About the Role

We’re seeking U.S.-based inpatient Registered Nurses (RNs) to support clinical AI product development and evaluation.

You’ll apply recent bedside nursing experience to clinical annotation, documentation review, model evaluation, user-feedback investigation, and clinical product development. You’ll work alongside engineers, product managers, clinical scientists, and other clinicians, with opportunities to contribute to taxonomy and guideline development as project needs evolve.

Because this work supports ongoing clinical AI products, continuity and a reliable weekly commitment are important.

What You’ll Do

• Support clinical annotation, clinical review, and AI model evaluation.

• Investigate user feedback and help identify clinical issues, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.

• Contribute to taxonomy and clinical guideline development.

• Review clinical documentation across different inpatient populations using sound clinical reasoning.

• Work directly with engineers, product managers, clinical scientists, and other clinicians to resolve clinical questions and improve products.

• Take ambiguous clinical questions, investigate them thoroughly, and provide thoughtful recommendations.

• Apply clinical logic consistently and clearly explain the rationale behind decisions.

Requirements

• U.S.-based and able to practice in the United States.

• Recent inpatient bedside RN experience.

• Broad clinical exposure and comfort reviewing documentation across different inpatient populations.

• Strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to explain decisions clearly.

• Self-directed approach to investigating ambiguous clinical questions.

• Proactive communication and willingness to surface issues, patterns, and improvement opportunities.

• Curious and adaptable when working with evolving products and processes.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to reliably dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical annotation experience with positive performance reviews.

• Experience in an academic or large health system, such as a large teaching hospital, with exposure to complex patients, workflows, and documentation practices.

Work & Engagement

• Fully remote

• Independent contractor

• Flexible schedule, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.

• Ongoing clinical AI product work rather than a single short-term assignment.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on project needs and performance.

• Payments are made weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.

• Work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, or institutions.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported at this time.
