About the Role

We’re looking for Registered Dietitians (RDNs) to apply their clinical nutrition expertise to AI evaluation. You’ll create realistic nutrition scenarios and assess AI-generated recommendations for evidence quality, clinical reasoning, and patient safety.

The focus is practical professional judgment—recognizing when advice may sound healthy but is inappropriate or potentially harmful for a specific patient.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic nutrition scenarios spanning referral through follow-up.

• Develop reference answers explaining the clinical reasoning behind recommendations.

• Evaluate AI-generated nutrition guidance for evidence quality and patient safety.

• Identify recommendations that could be inappropriate or harmful for the patient described.

• Clearly document your nutrition-care reasoning for expert review.

Requirements

• RDN credential through CDR, with state licensure where required.

• At least 2 years of clinical or community practice.

• Strong experience in medical nutrition therapy and nutrition assessment.

• Clear written English and the ability to document nutrition care reasoning.

• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred

• Critical care, renal, oncology, or pediatric nutrition experience.

• Board certification such as CNSC, CSR, or CSO.

• Experience precepting interns or teaching nutrition content.

Work & Engagement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Independent contractor.

• Minimum 10 hours/week with no stated maximum.

• Flexible weekly hours that can scale with project needs.

• Ongoing project work rather than one-off task batches.

• Weekly payment via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle timers.

• Rate is based on experience and is not negotiated downward after starting.
