About the Opportunity

We are seeking ARRT-certified radiologic technologists to apply their medical imaging expertise to the evaluation and improvement of advanced artificial intelligence systems.

In this role, you will create realistic imaging scenarios and assess AI-generated guidance for technical accuracy, imaging protocols, positioning, technique selection, and radiation safety. Your professional judgment will help identify recommendations that may appear appropriate but could result in repeat exposure, an unsuitable study, or an unsafe imaging practice.

What You’ll Do

• Develop realistic medical imaging scenarios involving positioning, imaging technique, protocol selection, and safety considerations.

• Write reference answers explaining the technical reasoning behind appropriate imaging and protocol decisions.

• Evaluate AI-generated imaging guidance for technical accuracy and radiation safety.

• Identify recommendations that could result in repeat exposures, inappropriate imaging techniques, or unsafe studies.

• Clearly explain technical errors, omissions, or safety concerns so another radiologic technologist can understand the reasoning.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification.

• Active state license where required.

• At least 2 years of clinical imaging experience.

• Strong practical knowledge of positioning, technique selection, and radiation safety.

• Ability to communicate technical imaging reasoning clearly in written English.

• Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification or experience in CT, MRI, or mammography.

• Trauma imaging experience.

• Operating room imaging experience.

• Interventional radiology experience.

• Experience training students or new radiologic technologists.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote.

• Fully asynchronous.

• Independent contractor engagement.

• Minimum 10 hours per week with no maximum.

• Flexible weekly hours that can scale according to availability and project needs.

• No on-call responsibilities or weekend requirements.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle-time tracking.
