About the Opportunity

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioners to apply their clinical expertise to the evaluation and improvement of advanced artificial intelligence systems.

In this role, you will create realistic patient care scenarios and assess AI-generated clinical responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical reasoning, treatment decisions, and patient safety. Your professional judgment will help identify responses that appear clinically plausible but could lead to inappropriate or harmful patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Develop realistic patient scenarios covering clinical presentation, assessment, treatment planning, and disposition.

• Write reference answers that clearly explain the clinical reasoning behind each decision.

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical responses for diagnostic accuracy, appropriate reasoning, and patient safety.

• Identify treatment plans or recommendations that appear plausible but could result in patient harm.

• Explain clinical errors, omissions, safety concerns, or inappropriate reasoning clearly enough for another healthcare professional to understand.

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. nurse practitioner license.

• Current national board certification through AANP or ANCC.

• At least 2 years of clinical practice after certification.

• Substantial clinical experience within your specialty.

• Strong understanding of patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical safety.

• Ability to communicate clinical reasoning clearly in written English.

• Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience precepting nurse practitioner students or teaching clinical content.

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.

• Additional specialty certification.

• Experience in chart review, utilization review, or clinical quality assurance.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote.
