Medical Expert – Dermatology

Remote | Contractor/Freelancer | India | 12-week assignment

About the Role

We are seeking experienced dermatology professionals in India to evaluate and improve AI-generated medical content and dermatology image assessments.

You’ll review dermatology-focused AI outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and relevance, while also evaluating dermatology images for quality and diagnostic usability. This includes assessing factors such as blur, lighting, exposure, colour, and framing and, where applicable, identifying likely skin conditions, assigning confidence ratings, and documenting your clinical rationale.

This is expert-level medical AI evaluation work for professionals with substantial post-residency dermatology experience.

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated medical text for dermatological accuracy, harmfulness, completeness, and relevance.

• Evaluate AI-generated diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical summaries for dermatology cases.

• Review dermatology images for quality and diagnostic usability, including blur, lighting, exposure, colour, and framing.

• Where applicable, identify likely skin conditions, provide confidence ratings, and document your reasoning.

• Provide structured expert feedback to support the accuracy and safety of AI-generated medical content.

Requirements

• MBBS with completed Dermatology residency.

• Minimum 5 years of post-residency experience in dermatology.

• Based in India — mandatory.

• Strong visual attention to detail.

• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or graphic medical images.

• Technically comfortable using web-based annotation and evaluation platforms, image zoom/tools, detailed guidelines, and structured questionnaires.

• Experience in medical content review, clinical research, annotation, or AI/ML evaluation is preferred.

Work & Engagement

• Contractor/freelancer assignment

• Fully remote

• 12-week duration

• Minimum 4 hours per day

• 40 hours per week total

• Includes 4 hours of overlap with PST

• No medical or paid leave as part of the contractor arrangement.

Evaluation Process

Candidates are shortlisted based on qualifications and assessment performance, followed by one interview round.
