About the Role

We’re seeking Healthcare & Life Sciences Experts to review, reconstruct, and enhance executive-level presentations while contributing professional domain expertise to the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

You’ll recreate business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint, improve message hierarchy and visual communication, and ensure healthcare and life sciences content remains accurate, clear, and defensible.

Typical materials may include clinical data presentations, market access decks, product launch plans, and regulatory or safety communications. No prior AI experience is required—your healthcare or life sciences expertise is what matters.

What You’ll Do

• Reconstruct business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint, maintaining content accuracy and professional design.

• Enhance slides through stronger message hierarchy, data visualization, visual storytelling, and overall communication.

• Document detailed rationales for improvements made and elements intentionally preserved.

• Edit slide content for consistency, precision, and alignment with healthcare and life sciences standards.

• Work with materials covering clinical data, market access strategies, product launches, and regulatory or safety communications.

• Preserve domain-specific terminology, definitions, caveats, and evidence with high fidelity.

• Complete production tasks within the expected 1–2 hour timeframe per slide while participating in project-based sprints with flexible timing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare consulting.

• Proven experience creating or editing executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or client audiences.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization techniques.

• Strong written communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Ability to clearly explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and design decisions.

• Understanding of regulatory, safety, and market access contexts within healthcare and life sciences communications.

• Ability to communicate domain-specific terminology, definitions, and caveats accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with executive or client-facing healthcare and life sciences presentations.

• Prior experience in AI training, AI evaluation, or rubric development.

• Strong ability to combine domain expertise with visual communication and analytical judgment.
