About the Role
We are seeking bilingual psychology and psychiatry experts to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems. You will apply your clinical, academic, linguistic, and cultural expertise to psychological content, case studies, assessments, and therapeutic conversations.
No previous AI experience is required.
Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and ethical quality.
Review and develop case studies, assessments, and conversational scenarios.
Identify clinical, linguistic, and cultural inaccuracies or biases.
Provide evidence-based feedback to improve model responses.
Apply appropriate psychological frameworks to diverse scenarios.
Collaborate with research and technology teams and contribute to supporting documentation.
Requirements
PhD in Psychology or MD with completed Psychiatry residency.
Native proficiency in French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience in clinical practice, psychological research, or higher education.
Strong analytical, assessment, and written communication skills.
Understanding of cultural and ethical considerations in mental health.

Clinical psychology or psychiatry experience.
Psychological assessment or research experience.
